The MarocCAN Scholarship is awarded to students who are of Moroccan descent and resident of New York or New Jersey. Each year two students will be awarded $500 in scholarships to pursue their College/University education.
I am eternally grateful to have received the MarocCan Scholarship. This would have not been possible without the tremendous support and encouragement from my parents. They have always pushed me to be the best version of myself through volunteering and giving back to my community. Again, I am extremely grateful and thank you MAROC!
I am a current high school senior and will be attending Rutgers New Brunswick as a freshman in the fall InshaAllah. I will be majoring in finance at Rutgers Business. I am so honored to be receiving this award and I thank Allah for this opportunity.
