Section 1: Membership shall be open to any person residing in the state of New Jersey. Any other person who is not a resident of NJ can join Moroccan American Recreational Organizational Council if approved by the Board of Trustees. Before being admitted, members must satisfy the membership process in terms of fees and requirements, as defined by the Board of Trustees.

 

Section 2: The dues shall be set at $10 monthly for individuals and payable to Moroccan American Recreational Organizational Council (MAROC)at the time of joining and by the fifth of the month thereafter. 

 

Section 3: Any member’s violation of Moroccan American Recreational Organizational Council’s mission, bylaws or guidelines shall be addressed by the association’s Board of Trustees (defined below).

 

Section 4: The Board of Trustees should have the authority to remove any member for any other reason.
