Is a confidential, non-emergency, volunteer-based initiative offering guidance and referrals to community members in need. Our goal is to provide a supportive and informative space where individuals can access information and be directed to appropriate resources.
Programs & Initiatives
HI FI periodically provides support initiatives tailored to community needs. Programs have included support groups, training, and educational resources such as the Math Bridge. Availability depends on volunteer capacity and program demand.

Who operates the HI-FI Helpline?The helpline is a MAROC initiative, run by trained volunteers who assist with guidance and referrals based on available community resources.

Is my conversation confidential?Yes, the HI-FI Helpline respects confidentiality and does not share personal information without the caller’s permission and in case of self-harm, harm to others, child or elder abuse, or instances in which minors witness acts of violence or abuse. However, confidentiality may be limited in cases where there is a risk of harm.

Can I receive direct legal or medical advice from the helpline?No, we only provide general information and referrals. If you require professional advice, we recommend consulting a licensed attorney, doctor, or counselor.
